Build 5.0.0.69 of xlsgen improves the CELL() function. It implements a number of the following parameter commands including "address", "col", "contents", "filename", "protect", "row", "sheet", "type", "width" and "formula".

This build also fixes a problem related to duplicating some of Excel extended functions across sheet tabs.
