Build 5.0.0.75 of xlsgen adds another CSV import option, that is, an option that can be used whenever importing data with the CSV file format.

This new option is called TextDelimiter and allows to tell xlsgen that enclosing fields in quotes is using double quotes ("), single quotes (') or none of that. The usage case for this is when you know in advance the data does not use double quotes to enclose data fields. Enclosing data fields can be used to have field separator characters inside data without causing import problems.
